My son Henry was saying for a while he wanted to try a backflip on his bicycle and after a bunch of flips on the trampoline and then some speed checks on the bike he gave it a try! Actually he gave it 4 tries before deciding to call it a day as was getting tired at the end of a long day. Not a bad effort for sure! #ride100percent

Costa Rica is one of the most biodiverse places on

Costa Rica is one of the most biodiverse places on the planet. My mum moved there a couple of years ago and we finally managed to go and visit her and the rest of the fam. I think we all fell in love with the place. The wildlife and plants are incredible and to be able to surf every day was such a treat. Missing it pretty bad already! The last video in the sequence was the last wave my oldest son Henry (on the right) and me (on left) caught together. Blessed! Living by a beach with a good wave is for sure now a life goal!

After a couple of action packed days in the office I was meant to head back to Hamburg this evening but the gods (or somebody in administration) decided to cancel all flights on that route, leaving me stuck here for another night, so after initially thinking I was too tired for a ride, I grabbed one of the many excellent bikes in our studio and with some words of Seneca I read recently looping in my mind spun a quick lap of the Isar, “As long as you live, keep learning how to live!”

Driving back from Megavalanche last summer on deserted roads, I passed through La Grave just as the sun was setting. The light was so incredible that I had to pull over and take a few photos which I had totally forgotten about until now. Im sure we are all looking forward to traveling again. No doubt the economy is going to fade pretty bad after this, but nature will look still look as magnificent as ever.
