Since I stopped working for KTM/Husqvarna last April, I imagine that this will be the last year that I can do this, so I am only posting photos of the new 2016 KTM’s which I designed or directed the color, trim and graphics for.

The KTM 690 Duke R is a bike I worked on a couple of years ago and the bike got shelved, so I was quite happy to see it was now presented because it turned out pretty good. We used matt black, glossy black, chrome and the same orange as the Superduke which is a little brighter than the previous stock orange.

The 2016 KTM 690 Duke has a new cylinder head and kicks out a whopping 75HP, has a new color TFT display and a slipper clutch. It also now has three ride modes (‘Sport’, ‘Street’ and ‘Rain’). It was already a favourite of ours and we imagine it now kicks ass even more!

The SX-F with the blue graphics is the powerparts bike, not a stock bike, but everything on the bike is available in the 2016 powerparts catalog.

Very nice job. I like some of that blue you mixed in, looks good, too much orange gets stale after a while.

Haha, sorry, You don’t like these ones? KTM don’t invite me to any press launches for some reason, so not much I can do about it! The exhibition stand is not good for taking photos. Still post riding shots of the SX-F when I make it out.

The awesome ones are when to click the bikes in your studio. Like the RC series, those pics are everywhere ! You capture the beauty of machinery, what the hell is KTM thinking lol !
