I was telling my son this week about one of my first and all time favourite motoX bikes and when I googled it I found this image as part of an article titled “The Ugliest Bikes Ever’ by @pulpmx ! Well, my son said, Papa, I really like the design, why doesn’t this guy, and so I gave him a bit of a talk about beauty being in the eye of the beholder. Anyway, The funny thing is, this bike, because it was so loud and so different and so much more exciting than anything I had ever seen before as a kid growing up in rural England, totally made me fall in love with motoX and actually even got me into design! Many years later this eventually lead me to a career as a designer and then me designing the bike GFX for 8 years for KTM and then Husqvarna! I think to this day I still never did a design as fun as this! #suzuki #moto #design #motocross
