Whilst the laggards are busy pushing their bikes up the hills, and crying foul of those with pedal assistance, @andynoakley , as a top amateur enduro rider used to struggling up climbs, even with a 50hp motor, and even with a throttle, knows it’s not about what you ride, but how you ride. Or even more to the point, why you ride, and after a day on a decent track, on a decent eBike, the why is so obvious as to be almost reversed. Why walk up when you can ride? Or why go up slowly when you can go up quickly, or why have a boring climb up when you can have fun on a technical climb on the way up instead? Etc. Etc.
