Counts, concepts and forecasts are not advice
The Colour Index measures the colours that brands and shops put on sale; it does not say what will sell. Colour concepts are creative proposals. The League's forecasts are produced by third-party AI models and published so they can be scored; they are frequently wrong. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, betting, legal or medical advice, and no wagers are taken.

This site links to external sites. I have no influence over their content and take no responsibility for it; the respective operator is responsible. Linked pages were checked for legal violations when linked; permanent monitoring is not reasonable without concrete indications of a violation, and such links will be removed on notice.
Brands and trade marks
Brand and product names on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to say whose products were counted, and no brand endorses DERESTRICTED unless it says so. Pantone is a registered trade mark of Pantone LLC. RAL is a registered trade mark of RAL gGmbH. Colour references named after them are approximate positions computed from our own measurements, given as a starting point; they are not their colour data, so always check against an official chart.

Copyright and database rights
The site's own content (text, design, the Colour Index and its counts, colour concepts, the sealed record, briefs and scoring) is protected by German copyright and database law (§§ 2, 4 and 87a UrhG). Quoting with attribution to DERESTRICTED is welcome. Automated extraction and commercial reuse need written permission. For derestricted.com/trends and the Colour Index, we reserve the right to text and data mining under § 44b (3) UrhG. The models' forecasts and reasoning on the League belong to their respective providers under their terms.
