My KTM Duke

Yup, I bought a bike! An absolutely mint condition 2010 KTM Duke from KTM marketing. I was originally after a more classic older bike but don’t want to deal with all the maintenance. I figured therefore to go for an SMC but when this Duke popped up the price was too low to resist. In fact it was so low I should be able to ride it for 2 years and still sell it for more than I paid. Anyway, it has been a long journey over the years to get here to this bike so I am pretty chuffed!

YAHOOO!!! Nice one, you’re gonna have a blast. I love the 690 platform, so much fun at a relative low speed but just enough oomph if you want to gas it – it makes me smile every day (to and from work). The edges of the tyres are getting worked already even tho the ground temp is still single figure, can’t wait for summer.

Custom -273 gfx kit on it’s way?

Hmmm, would be good to make a kit, it’s actually strange that KTM never made one for this bike. Maybe due to the inmolds. cant wait to ride it. Still pretty cold here too.

I love this bike, you’re gonna have a riot on it. I think the lights look awesome. I based an entire test round that front end.

Yes better late than never Martin!
@Marcus, hard one to Bikenstein because I really like this bike. Not sure what to change really. Main simple things eventually might be an SC systems exhaust and a flatter supermoto seat and some wider anodized orange footpegs. Will play around with a full on bikenstein at some point for sure though, but only in photoshop for now because it looks like new :-)

Yeah, It looks brand new so I would hesitate myself to change it. And yes, It looks great in standard as well! /Marcus
