I have ridden mainly motocross in my life and not all that many street bikes, but out of the bikes I have ridden, this is by far the nicest.

Yeah, Sweet – I’m a sucker for the white gfx and orange frame every time.

690SM – the beaky one :) 07 model in orange with Wings NOS cans.

I’ll have to get some pics as it’s finally (nearly clean) after a winter of commuting… only took me 3 hours to fettle and it still needs more work!

Bring on summer and sticky tarmac.

FWIW I reckon you should stick to the underslung pipe on the Duke – keeps the back end aesthetic clean, something the SM’s don’t have. Just my two peneth.

The Duke R was pretty sweet in the earlier photo’s too.

nice bike DUncan. man i love my duke. I like the clean look of the underslung pipe but the bike looks wicked with the SC systems pipe too and they seem to be cheaper than the others too.
Having so much fun riding it already.

    Cheers, I love my 690.

Just been on the SC project site and seen the pipe for mine (and yours), pretty sweet actually. The black ones remind me of the Aprilia cube akras, my all time fave motogp bike.

I’ve changed my mind – go for the SC’s, I wish I could but I’m in the middle of flinging money at bicycles and trips to Belgium. Having said that the Wings I have are pretty neat and sound fruity without the dB killers in.

    What tyres are you using?

hmm, now im changing my mind and leaning towards an under again! Really like the look of it as it is.
I got Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa. seem to work ok but i only use about 70 – 80% of them it seems. What are you running?
