Last week we received a pair of leather, five-strap, alloy-buckle chassis, stamped metal heel plate, and internal steel shank Icon 1000 Elsinore boots, and a fine piece of work they are too! Due to there being tons of snow outside we haven’t yet tried them out riding, but just putting them on they are comfortable and clearly of great quality. I normally wear Alpinestars Tech 10 when riding on the street which I love, but for sure they do not fit the style of every bike. The Icon Elsinore boots have a different aesthetic to suit modern scramblers or classic bikes, feel sturdy and look classy.
They have a medial entry zipper on the insides so you don’t have to undo all of those buckles each time. Once you are zipped in you can make the buckles looser or tighter as needed.
The Elsinore, old-school MX reinterpreted for the urban sprawl. Available in Oiled Brown or Johnny Black / $230 – See more at: http://www.icon1000.com/collection/icon-1000-elsinore-boot
