I can tell he’s going to be a tyre engineer…for Maxxis, it seems.
Posts like this make me go back and buy a DH bike again. Thanks for sharing.

my pleasure man. The DH bikes are really amazing. They just have so many trick parts on. The only KTM that comes close as stock is the new 6 days Finland, but in general the level of detail on the bikes is really another level compared to motorcycles. Lot of top downhillers from the UK too. I ride DH instead of motox nowdays because it’s cheaper, you need less equipment, and the tracks are usually in gorgeous scenery compared to motox where u are usually stuck on the side of a motorway somewhere or in a quarry.

Hey nice pictures :) Do you want mine, too? I got a couple. Actually, most of them are not as good as expected but there are quite good ones.

Was a nice day…after that my head was red and my legs were tired :D

see you next time (…on the bike! )

I totally agree that bicycles are a lot more ahead than motorcycles when it comes to ratio weight/size/eficciency. I remember the first radial master cylinders years before race motorbikes started using them.
No mountains here, and the closest is silly Aston Hill a few miles off the M25. Not worth it.
